OO-UX is my design consultancy, born out of the drive to help businesses thrive during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I have designed four products this year: a two-sided live-music platform, an AI pricing tool for fuel stations, a workspace for a matchmaking practice, and a management system for a commercial cleaner.

Before design, I ran my own music business for 10 years across the UK & Ireland. I also worked in retail, hospitality and IT, learning what it takes to run business operations.

My passion is to delight people and reduce the burden of frustrating digital systems.

Today I specialise in learning people's needs and using AI tools to design software.
